Alessandro started as an employee, behind that same oven. When the previous owner decided to sell, he was already ready to take the business into his own hands.
Same pizzeria, same neighbourhood — now with his name above the door.
Alessandro joined very young as an employee. Step by step, he learned the trade and the art of pizza.
He qualified and earned several certifications as a professional pizzaiolo.

The space was renovated, the menu completely reimagined. Pizza Pazza reopened with a new identity — the same artisan soul as always, now entirely his own.
Years later, we're still here. Pizza Pazza has become a landmark in the heart of Santa Caterina — and the oven has never gone out.
